WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

The Synergy Wellness System is warranted by the manufacturer for 12 full months from any factory defects resulting in ordinary home use. Warranty period begins five days after unit has been shipped. An extended warranty is also available (see user's manual for details).

All products on this web site unless otherwise stated come with a 30 day satisfaction or your money back guarantee. Conditions are as follows: Products must be in original "as new" condition, and include all the original parts, accessories and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Detox & Beyond and all related shipping and handling costs. Detox & Beyond must receive the product back within 35 days from the day the product was shipped out to customer. Detox & Beyond will refund the full purchase price minus any shipping/handing costs within 30 days of receipt of product.
